Credit Expiry Policy

Credits are a prepaid balance usable on eligible services and tasks.

All credits — purchased, subscription and promotional — expire at 11:59:59 PM IST (Asia/Kolkata) on the last calendar day of the month in which they were added, unless a different expiry date is shown at the time of issue.

Expired credits cannot be used, restored or refunded. Your dashboard shows each credit lot's expiry date and sends reminders before expiry.
